We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); , comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate our teacher training programmes;

  2. To provide our clients with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our visitors and clients with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

3. How do we store your information? 

 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

Some information is also processed on the secure Mailchimp platform. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

Once you have applied for a course, your personal details as listed in your application documentation are stored in password protected folders and are only shared with course staff and inspectors as is necessary for course administration. 

4. How might we contact you? 

We will only contact you if you contact us, e.g by completing an application form for a course or by signing up for an event. We will contact you by email, but on rare occasions, we may contact you with a phone call. 

5. Cookies

We use cookies to collect information about your behaviour online. These include cookies from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads. We request your permission to use cookies when you first enter our site. 

6. Withdrawing consent
